The Non accredited courses offered here have all been taught both in the classroom, and online at a British University.

 

Currently, there will be available a number of courses on Coptic archaeology and History, Egyptian archaeology and North American Archaeology/History. In addition, there will be on offer a course on the Cold War Berlin. Additional courses will be added over time.

All courses are taught by an experienced tutor and lecturer, who specialises in the subject areas offered.

Courses normally last eight weeks and cost £75 ( 86 Euro or $102 as at July 2026)

Coptic courses:

1. Introduction to the Early Christian Period in Egypt. From the 1st Century CE to 7th Century CE

2.Early Monasticism

3. Art and Architecture.

4. Coptic Archaeology. From 1st Century CE to 18th Century CE

 

Egyptian Archaeology:

1. Egyptian Temples

 

2. Women travellers in Egypt 18th C to 20th C. (This is a four week course) £35 or $47, or 40 Euro.

 

North American Courses

 The  Ancestral Puebloans,  (Anasazi) prehistoric Native American culture (circa 1000 BC–AD 1300) in the Four Corners region of the US Southwest. 

 

General History courses:

 

Cold war Berlin - Post war period to 1989, the fall of the Wall.
